Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SpecterOriginals.ca. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility:

Returns are valid for 7 business days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Items Excluded from Return:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process:

Contact Us: Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) that you intend to return them. You can reach out to our customer service team at support@specteroriginals.ca/+1 (437)9863437.

Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Packaging: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and any accessories that came with the product.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipment: Ship your return item(s) to the address provided along with the RA#. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them for eligibility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within [number of days] business days.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
